Razer Mamba Chroma - Professional Grade Esports Wired/Wireless

I have the Razer Mamba chroma (professional esports), and awhile back it quit working. It connects and shows it’s connected, but it won’t actually work (aka move my cursor). Nothing happened to damage it, it just stopped. I have had it for about two to three years before it stopped working. Since then I’ve kept it and it’s box and everything for about another year. I have another mouse that works, but I would just like to have “my” mouse back. I got ahold of Razer awhile back, and that ended up not working out, because I had lost the receipt. Any ideas on what could help get my mouse working again?

Try on different PC. Also check if you see beam coming from laser sensor (you can try to use your phone camera to check it). If the beam is not visible this could be some problem with the sensor itself or damaged cable.

I don’t see a beam, but I don’t know if I’m checking it right. The mouse connects and lights up, and it will click and stuff; but it doesn’t move the cursor.
I have tried it on other computers, and it doesn’t work with them either.

If you don't see the beam probably the sensor is dead.

Is there a way to fix it or repair it, or would I have to send it in and/or buy a new one?
