- I have this mouse for about 3 or 4 years, never had issues in the start but now the mouse sometimes randomly flicks to random spots and sometimes even stops working for random amounts of seconds, this happens mostly while playing Rainbow 6 siege and it's extremely annoying, I'm considering buying a new one.
- I don't clean my mouse mat often, could it be because of that? I've tried recalibrating by resetting the mouse and the issue stops for a random amount of time and then resumes again, it sometimes happens off the game too where the mouse just suddenly stops working, it actually happened where it stopped working right as I was writing this post, lol. Other things I've tried was reinstalling razer synapse and reinstalling the drivers for the mouse, I did a clean installation of the synapse app too by clearing the folders before installing again.
- Another problem I have with synapse was that it would never open after I started it, I fixed that by clean installing synapse but now I have an issue where when I move the synapse app it moves super slow and it's really weird.
- Anything you guys can do to help me with these issues or should I just get a new mouse because this one is dead?
