Razer Mamba DPI Change Delay (1-15 minutes to change)

So I was playing with my Mamba that I've had for awhile now and as of recently, everytime I change the DPI via the mouse, the sensitivity never goes up or down. Synapse shows its UI and even in the program shows that the DPI is being changed, yet it doesn't actually affect the mouse. It will then randomly change to the new DPI or just flips to a random speed after a 1-15 minute span of time from me actually trying to change it. This happens during heavy load or Idle desktop, cpu/memory isn't affecting it, also tried different USB ports. Please help.
