HI! My Razer Mamba Elite mouse has a problem when  Synapse is opening and functions well after exiting Synapse.  When I open Synapse, my mouse Repeated Scroll Up/Down very slow and only functions well after closing the Synapse application. If I close the Synapse, then the features like lightning do not function. Is there any way to solve this problem so that I can open Synapse and at the same time, the repeated scroll up/down issue does not exist anymore?

Let’s try updating its firmware by following the steps here.  If that didn’t work then you can proceed with the Synapse repair below:

 

1. On your “Desktop”, click “Start” and search for “apps & features”.
2. Look for Razer Synapse 3, click on it and select “Modify”.
3. A user account control pop-up window will appear, select “Yes”.
4. Click on “REPAIR”.
5. Wait for the installation to complete.
6. Restart your PC.
