Razer Mamba firmware updater help?
Hi Guys. I have a Razer Mamba. It's wireless, part number: rz01-01360100. It doesn't have a dongle, but it has the charging dock, which seems to act just fine as a dongle.
I'm running Windows 10 x64. Every so often, the mouse cursor will freeze up. I'm trying to figure it out... and at a loss. I also have a Razer Basilisk on this system that works great. I've tried unplugging that dongle, runnign just this one... tried calibrating it.. resetting it.. etc.. it just doesn't seem to matter. I've cleaned all the electrical contacts, as well.. it almost seems like the usb is loading something else and freezing.. or having a power issue for a moment? I've removed all docks and go directly into the motherboard's USB. I even went to a USB 2.0 port just to make sure there was no usb 3.1 issue.
I thought I'd try to update the firmware, but when I try to update with Mamba wireless firmware it doesn't detect the dongle and won't move forward.
Does anyone have any ideas?
