Razer Mamba having scroll issues. Need help...

Hi, My Mamba's scrolling is not working as intended. Whenever I use the scroll, it does this weird thing that drives me crazy. It goes up and down rapidly and sometimes it goes the opposite direction of what i want it to do. I'm not sure what I could do to prevent it from happening. Is there a fix for this? Thanks,

    Do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? In any case, please send me the serial number of your mouse so I can verify the model and look into firmware-related solutions. *Locking thread to curb conversation to PMs.
