Razer Mamba Hyper Flux Problem

Hello all. I am experiencing two problems with my Mamba Hyperflux: 1-Sometimes the cursor locks up when I move the mouse, but it works fine if I use the touchpad. It only goes back to work if I disconnect Firefly Hyperflux and connect back again. 2-Randomly, when I press mouse button 4 (back screen) once on Windows Explorer or Google Chrome, it goes back twice, once when I press the button, once when it is released. Probably it does the same on every other software. Can anyone help me? Best regards
