Razer Mamba Hyperflux Firmware Updater Not Working | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
Hello,

I have a Razer Mamba Hyperflux mouse and Firefly mousepad. A couple days ago my middle click button stopped working,

First, I tried some canned air in hoped that it was just some fuzz. No go.

I checked what could in Synapse.

I updated Synapse.

I downloaded the firmware updaters for the mousepad and the mouse.

The mousepad updater worked smoothly.

The mouse updater is not working at all. No matter what I do the 'Update' button remains inactive.

I tried: closing Synapse (and Chroma), using end task on all running Razer apps, I have even tried uninstalling Synapse and Chroma.

Still nothing.

It seems like a hardware issue. Have you tried resetting the mouse through the Razer Synapse settings? Does the behavior happen while connecting the mouse to another USB port or computer? Should the issue persists, notify your reseller if the mouse is still within its warranty period. Otherwise, please send me a PM. I’ll be locking this thread now.
