I have a razer mamba wireless which I use with a wire that stopped working completely and when I try to turn it on it does not respond. It has completely died and won't show any signs of coming back to life. I'm very sad because I have had this mouse for only 11 months and hasn't even seen it's 1 year anniversary with me :slightly_sad: please help me because I tried everything from updating drivers to even restart my pc I tried to download the firmware but I need the wireless receiver for it and does not let me download the firmware if I use the normal wire with it kinda stupid. Razer please help me I've fought many fights for you and even destroyed some friendships because I have a full razer setup please fix this issue or email me (*Omitted) if there is a fix I can try. Thanks xx

Thanks for performing all the necessary steps to isolate and resolve the issue first on your own. If the mouse only works while plugged in using the cable, there's a possible issue with the USB dongle/wireless receiver. By the way, were you able to connect the USB dongle to another USB port or computer? Should the behavior persists, please send me a PM, including your device's serial number. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
