Razer Mamba Wireless and charging dock: RGB doesn't work

Hi, All of the sudden, my Mamba with its dock, has lost the RGB function. It only lights up when I mount it on the dock, in a green solid color. I tried uninstalling Synapse 3, but still same problem. One other thing is that the devices doesn't show up in device manager. Any tips? Thanks :)
