Please tell me more about the battery issue with your Razer Mamba and the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried so I can mark them off my list. Also, for warranty purposes, kindly share your mouse’s serial number and proof of purchase via PM. To set your expectations, Razer currently does not provide repairs for peripheral devices or internal parts such as battery. All the best!
