Hello!
Very suddenly my Mamba wireless just stopped responding. It still lights up both through the dock and wired but it fails to respond to any clicks or movement. Synapse and 'device manager’ also detects it! I have tried resetting the drivers and reinstalling synapse but still has not done anything. Another thing I've tried is installing the utility firmware but to no avail i cant get passed the 'plug in your usb dongle’ stage.
