Ive done literally everything. Updated firmware, pairing utility, the power is on, its been charged, and it still does not work when wireless. when the switch is green, the red dot sensor is off and the button two buttons above the power switch isnt lighting up. got this shitty mouse as a gift, been using for two years only wired because wireless does not work at all

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. Feel free to send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number if you need further assistance.
