I need some help. my wireless dongle is no-longer seeing my mouse.



the mouse is being seen in windows 10 wired

the dongle is being seen by windows 10



unplugged not seen. all drivers updated on mouse and dongle but still no luck.



i have tried uninstalling and clearing drivers. no luck.



mouse it just over a year old and the problem i no-longer have proof as i got while on holiday.



so is there anywhere i can get a replacement dongle?
