I have had a Razer Mamba Wireless mouse since a year ago and it has worked pretty since then, but a week ago, Razer Synapse stopped detecting my mouse. I have tried to update my windows and Razer Synapse, plug the mouse into another computer, reinstall the mouse drivers, and try to plug the mouse directly into the computer using the cable. If you know how to fix it, please let me know. Thanks

Putting a bump on this thread, I am having the same problems. I even downloaded the firmware updater, ran that. I removed the device through the windows settings, restarted the computer, plugged it back in and synapse still won't detect my mouse. I am also getting a 'driver error' message in windows 10 devices settings menu underneath the mouse name. I am not sure what else you tried but it's kind of annoying.
Aight, check it out. I just got done chatting with support. This is what I did and it fixed my problem. Hopefully, it'll fix everyone else's too. They directed me here https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5776 and I downloaded the device detection tool. It went in, removed all the driver information, I uninstalled synapse again, restarted my PC and then reconnected my mouse and reinstalled synapse and everything is hunky dory now. One thing to note is that windows may notify you to restart your PC a couple times. If it does, restart your PC and then just re-open the detection tool under 'run as administrator' and it will start you back on the step you were when you restarted. Good luck!
