Razer Mamba Wireless Macro not working

I use a Razer Mamba wireless and love it. I am having problems with macros, I have a rapid-fire macro on the left click button, and before everybody starts with that is cheating, don’t use macros etc. I am in my 60’s (yes I am old) and love playing COD but also have arthritis in my right hand and the macro helps a lot. And no I do not dominate the game with the macro I am an average player. Now to the problem; with the new Synapse 3 software every time I press on the left button the macro gets stuck, it sometimes shoots and then it just stops or doesn’t do anything from the beginning. I have tried lots of different settings and nothing seems to work. I have a Gigabyte mouse that works with the macro but I do not like it, and it does not have internal memory. Any help is greatly appreciated.
