Razer Mamba Wireless Model RC30-013601


Hi there I have been using my Mamba Wireless without trouble forever, love the product. I went to apply the firmware update and it has not functioned since. The updater now sits at the "connect the mouse to your pc using the supplied cable." and won't recognize the mouse when connected. When I go to the device manager the Razer Mamba is installed with no errors. The lights on the mouse turn on but there is no response to the mouse cursor. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Synapse and drivers with luck. Can anyone give out a helping hand? l used the MambaWireless_FirmwareUpdater_v1.02.00_r2 I am running Windows 10 Pro completely updated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hey there I am not too sure if I am right, but i don't think that synapse 3 is suppose to. YOu have to use 2.
