Having an issue with my razer mamba wireless. It just suddenly stopped working. It still lights up but there is no movement or responses to anything I try with it even while connected with the wire directly to my PC/laptop. Is this due to any updates or something? It’s been working perfectly fine up until yesterday.

Hi there,
Does your device manager still detect your mouse? If possible, try it on a different USB port or another computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
