Razer Mamba Wireless (*Omitted) wireless mode dont work

My mouse only works wired, 1. Try to update firmware to last one they did with sucess (dongle and mouse), but no response in wireless mode. 2. try to pair with utility again sistem say pairing done with sucess. Again no response in wireless mode. In device dongle and wired its fine pc detect both , but mouse dont detect dongle.

    Have you tried pairing the mouse by connecting the dongle to another USB port or computer? Otherwise, feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
