Razer Mamba Wireless problem

I have a problem with my Razer Mamba. My mouse has a kind of ,,lags". I've reinstalled razer synapse, but still nothing. Mouse move only up and down. When i want to move the cursor left or right, the mouse doesn`t work as it should. Sometimes the mouse moves itself.

Hello there! Which Razer Mamba are you using? Is it the new Mamba Wireless with the dongle or the Mamba 16000 with the dock? Have you tried cleaning the sensor and resetting the surface recalibration?

I'm having a similar problem to the OP. My Razer Mamba was working fine then while playing FC5 last night the cursor got locked into some sort of invisible box, but the cursor would move in random directions. Over time it gradually got to the point that the cursor does not move at all now. I tried cleaning it, moving to different usb ports, restarting and it just won't move the cursor anymore.

Also, I am using the dock version, and holding left, right and middle mouse buttons for 5 seconds doesn't seem to do anything or let me adjust the liftoff range.

Thanks for the replies! Please PM me the serial number of your Mamba mouse as well as the link to this thread. I'll pick it up from there.
