My Razer Mamba Wireless mouse is not working in wireless mode. The mouse cursor is unresponsive, acting like being disconnected, however the RGB still works and on the back of the mice the led light is on.



I use Razer Synapse 3 and it doesn't detect the mouse in wireless mode. It works fine plugged with the USB cable, having no issue at all.



I tried the following solutions found on the internet and on the official website in order to fix the problem without success:

- unplugged the receiver and tried to stick it in in all my available usb ports;

- reinstalled Synapes 3 followed by a restart after unistalling and installing;

- unistalled the drivers from device manager at mice tab using the 'show hidden devices' function as well, followed by another reinstallation attempt of Synapes;

- did all the above again with the receiver disconnected, while deleting manually every razer folder found after unistallation and also checked the regeddit to find any razer related stuff;

- did a system restore;



After did a full wipe of everything to razer, including the regedit part, before installing synapse i plugged the receiver and the laptop detected it without any problem and it prompt the welcome message, downloading synapse in the end. After all this it still doesn't work in wireless mode.



Before the problem the mouse starting to act weird, being laggy sometimes, acting like it was disconnecting and reconnecting. I also have to add that this started when my mouse was in low battery mode and this time i dint plugged the usb cable right away. I had the impression first that the laggy part was caused the battery being low and after a while it stopped working at all, lights off everything, possible i discharged it completely. The next day dint worked properly, being laggy again at 100% charged battery. Also Synapes 3 detected 2 razer mamba wireless mouse during this time.



I usually use the mouse on the table without a mouse pad and my mouse completely stopped working in wireless mode after placing it on the mouse mat. I'm not sure if this is related but the timing was just perfect.



And finally, Synapse 3 was not up to date at the time this happened.

I use Asus Rog Gaming Laptop, Windows 10 licensed being up to date without the 2004 update.
