My mouse, a razer mamba stopped working wired. When I try to use it wireless, it works fine, but the moment I plug it on the USB, the mouse turns off and doesn't work I tried to trouble shoot it I couldn't find the mouse I tried to update it, it said to plug it in but my mouse won't work when plugged in and Razer Synapse doesn't even recognize it when plugged in.

Thank you for sharing your concern in the support board. Have you tried using a different USB to Micro-USB cable for further isolation? PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for steps to help you resolve the wired connection problem of your mouse.
