Hello i try to contact the support because today i just receive a mail from Razer With a promotinal code to get a bagpack With my order if I achieve it now (Razer blade 17)

The problem is i already confirm the order yesterday without the mail my question is who do i need to contact to have the bag With my laptop i dont have the money to buy another rogue backpack for now and i dont want to cancel the actual  order just to order it again With a promo code it feels weird.
