Razer Mini siren v2 mic keeps cutting in and out

So I have a razer mini v2 bought it almost a year ago and here lately when I’m talking it will just start cutting in and out weather it’s in a discord call or in game vc it does it all the time looking to get some help

Hey ​@ventureTantech587,

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you uninstall your audio drivers by following the steps below? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.

  1. Press Windows key + S on the keyboard to open the Search bar.
  1. Type in "Device Manager" and hit enter.
  1. Go to "Audio inputs and outputs".
  1. Right-click on your mic and select "Uninstall device".
  1. Restart the computer. The drivers are automatically installed after a restart.
