Razer Mouse Bungee V3 RGB issue

Whenever I turn off brightness, to turn off the lighting completely, there is a small module that doesn’t turn off, it is still lit, dim red, the only way to turn it off is by completely removing power from it, like shutting down pc or unplugging the USB cable, this is really inconvenient. The issue is not with the app but I believe with the hardware. It is out of warranty and anyways, I bought it with Razer Silver so it doesn't have warranty anyways. LMK if you know how I can possibly fix this.
