I am having an issue with my mouse (S/N: PM2104H12700696).
When I connect the mouse via the USB cable, the LEDs turn on, but it is not detected by Windows or Razer Synapse, nor does it move in wired mode. Because of this, I cannot update the firmware.
Furthermore, when the cable is plugged in, the mouse does not charge—the battery continues to drain even while plugged in. The mouse only works via the 2.4GHz wireless dongle.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this or assist with a replacement?
