I have a Razer Deathadder V2 pro which I’ve had for about 1 year. I just switched from a laptop to a new PC and my razer mouse keeps on disconnecting and doesn’t reconnect unless I plug in USB out and in again. This was never an issue before, and I’ve also tried multiple solutions from youtube, some other threads etc but I have yet to find a permanent solution. I don’t know if this has anything to do with the PC, I’m not an expert either. This happens when I play, and also when I study. It disconnects when I shake it, or when playing high DPI games. otherwise, I would have to buy another one which I really wanna avoid after spending a lot of money on this pc. (ive tried deleting the softwares, turning off hibernating, turning off allow this computer to shut this down to save power, etc). I also have the razer kraken kitty, which works perfectly fine, no issues, no turning off.

Hello there,
Did something physical happened to your mouse? Try updating your mouse’s firmware. If that didn’t work, then you can send me a PM along with its serial number so I can check my resources for other workarounds that we can attempt.
