Razer Basilisk V2 Mouse - RZ01-0316
If anyone has seen their mouse or keyboard disconnect for up to 5mins and 10 times, this I’ve found was due to having any macro set to a button or key.
Once the macro was removed, the software worked flawlessly. The macro was a simple shift + scroll click that performed well in Blender for Pan, but took between 1 and 5mins before the mouse stopped disconnecting once Razer Synapse started.
Can this be submitted to Razer software programmers for a future Synapse update?

ADDITIONAL: Having tried the different Macro settings, it appears that “Play While Assigned Key Is Pressed” is causing all the disconnects, with no mouse button pushed, just disconnecting whilst this is a macro that is set on a mouse button. If this setting is “Play Once”, the disconnects stop. Same if the Macro is not assigned.
