Razer Mouse Dock Chroma doesn't charging | Razer Insider

Hi, I've got the razer viper ultimate mouse along with the mouse dock chroma. When i plug my cable directly into the mouse it charges correctly, but when I try to charge it on the mouse dock it doesn't work. I tried cleaning it using a cotton swab and alcohol and it didn't help. I tried deleting the drivers and downloading them again. I also tried plugging it into a different device with a different cable. Nothing seems to work for me and i wanted to see if I could do anything else to make it work. Thanks for the help.

I’m here to help. Were there any incidents that happened to your mouse or dock before the issue? Is there any noticeable physical damage from the device? It seems to me that there is a mechanical issue involved. Can you do me a favor and take a video of your device that would clearly show the problem you just described?
