Hi, I've got the razer viper ultimate mouse along with the mouse dock chroma. When i plug my cable directly into the mouse it charges correctly, but when I try to charge it on the mouse dock it doesn't work. I tried cleaning it using a cotton swab and alcohol and it didn't help. I tried deleting the drivers and downloading them again. I also tried plugging it into a different device with a different cable. Nothing seems to work for me and i wanted to see if I could do anything else to make it work. Thanks for the help.

It seems to me that there is a mechanical issue involved. Can you do me a favor and take a video of your device that would clearly show the problem you just described?
