Razer Mouse Dock not syncing light or appear on synapse 3

Recently I bought Razer DeathAdder wireless after 5 years using the wired one. But I realized it does not come with the mouse dock charge so I decided to buy a separate dock from razer website. Long short story I received the dock today but the problem is it does not appear on synapse 3 so it does not sync light with other razer devices, and it does not show battery light when i plug in my razer mouse also. The only way I can make it sync light is to turn on chroma visualize. Is there any way to fix it? Or because my mouse is not compatible with the dock?

    I am having the same issue. I just got the Charging Dock Chroma today and while the RGB is showing, it does not appear in Synapse anywhere. The RGB is random and it does not react to having the Naga Pro attached to it while charging.
