I just purchased a Razer Mouse Dock Pro to pair with my new Basilisk V3 Pro and it won’t charge it at all. It only does half its job by just being an expensive wireless dongle for the mouse. I’ve done everything from cleaning the prongs ( which I shouldn’t have to do since the device isn’t even an hour old) to re-installing everything including the firmware and making sure everything is updated.
I don’t get it.
Any solutions are appreciated, otherwise I might just return this.
