Razer mouse not detected but it's still glowing

when I plug my Razer mouse specifically Mamba Tournament Edition, it does get not detected by my computer. I cannot move my mouse pointer at all. Razer Synapse does not detect my mouse also but, the mouse still glows but is not responsive

Did you get the chance to try the mouse on a different PC to check if it behaves the same? For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows by following this guide. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device along with its MSinfo logs. I can use those to verify the model of your device and take a closer look at your system. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
