Hey y'all. I just got a Razer Nabu wristband and having some issues the screen won't turn on at all and when bitty and connect to app it only does once in a while and only once have I had it send me the 4 digit code to add to the app but can't read the screen and can't get my pc to recognise it.. It just vibrates and that's it Any ideas Thanks

    How about sending the device to the Authorised Reseller, or if still under warranty send it for repair.
