My mouse is connected to pc, yet synapse does not recognise it.



I only found this out when I wanted to add a new macro, strange thing is I have 1 ,macro permanently on which works fine. How is this possible? I cannot create a new macro.

Hi there! Sorry to hear about your Razer mouse and Synapse's concern. What's your current Razer Synapse version? Have you tried reinstalling the Razer Synapse 2.0?
software version 2.21 when it opens it asks me to register my product, which I had already done before and as I said I have 1 macro that is working
I updated software as soon as I realised there was an issue.

I see. Please send me a video showing the issue while using Razer Synapse together with your Razer Naga 2014's serial number via PM. I'll pick it up from there.
