Razer Naga 2020 scroll wheel wont act as it should

Razer Naga's new 2020 model scroll wheel wont act as it should, when I bind space -key in scroll up it should jump inside game but it wont do nothing. Or if I bind any key in razer naga's scroll wheel it just wont do as it should. Earlyer model 2014 worked like as it should. Does anyone else have same issue?

    Please do a key registration test on Notepad and check if space is successfully bound to scroll up. By the way, which game are you having issues with the mouse? I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number so I can verify the model. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
