my mouse has a loose USB connection. needs repair

Mine is has intermittent short in the cord. I am looking for ANYONE that can tell me if I can send it to Razer and have it repaired. Out of warranty, but I need to find out if it's worth getting a new cord put on.

maybe thats whats wrong with mine too... and its not the USB
