Recently I reinstalled Razer Synapse 2.0 after realizing 4.0 cloud does not work in line with the previous.
I managed to reconnect the mouse. However, all my Macro settings and Mouse profiles are gone from the cloud. I’d like to retrieve them so that i can save it on my own desktop before updating to Synapse 4.0. Thanks team.
