Razer Naga Chroma not lighting up in Synapse 3

Hi there, my Naga Chroma stopped lighting up in Synapse 3. This is after I toggled the brightness switch to "off" once. Then the lights would not work even if I toggled the switch to the "on" position again :( When I uninstalled Synapse 3 and installed Synapse 2, it lighted up as usual. And when I reinstalled Synapse 3, the Naga Chroma refused to light up. My Black Widow V2 and Firefly are working normally. I hope this issue can be resolved through further software updates...
