Razer Naga Chroma Not recognized by Synapse

Hello, since a couple of days my Razer Naga Chroma is no longer recognized by My Synapse 3.0. I tried to reboot the pc, reinstall the synapse, reinstall the mouse, i even check if the mouse was recognized in some strange ways to sunapse 2.0 but nothing. Since the device is out of support it seems that this forum it's my only chance to save my money :) PS: i apologize in advance about my English, i'm not a native speaker. Thank you so much
