Razer Naga Chroma (RZ01-0161)

Hi Razer Support,

I have a Razer Naga Chroma (see model referenced above) and it seems the #2 key on the device has stopped registering the #2 button. Before it stopped responding, it was starting to almost act like it was stuck. 

This was tested using Notepad and we watched the mouse produce every possible number/symbol bound accordingly and then nothing is happening with the #2. When it was stuck it would do a string of 2s, but now it just does nothing. 

What can we do or are we just out of luck?
We’ve been lifelong Razer supporters and have had nothing but Razer Naga’s since your first ones. :)
