Razer Naga Classic Edition Only Some of Side Buttons Function

Hello, I recently purchased a Razer Naga Classic Edition and it seems like only every other key on the side of the mouse functions. 235689-= Are the only keys that will functions. Unfortunately this makes the mouse useless for playing mmos which is why I bought it. When looking at the profile software it appears all the keys are mapped, unfortunately the site won't let me upload a screenshot. Is there something obvious I'm missing that would cause the 1, 4,7, 0 buttons not to work?

    Quick update incase anyone else encounters the same issue, I removed and reseated the magnetic side panel that houses the buttons, and all of the keys work now. Not sure why it wasn't working in the first place but this seems to be the fix.
