I bought this mouse, a Razer Naga Classic Edition, some years ago and have absolutely loved it! But the past couple days, the side buttons won’t work. I tried looking at my drivers, they won’t let me update. I tried resetting Synapse, it keeps thinking I have the 2-button mouse. I tried scouring the guide books, and the model number keeps liking to the wrong product. I don’t know what to do anymore, but I don’t want to give up the mouse until I have exhausted all my options.

 

Here are the details of my mouse:

Model No: RZ01-0241

Product No: RZ01-02410200

Side pad: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12

 

On the bottom of the mouse, above the S/N and barcode, it says clearly “Razer Naga Classic Edition”.

 

I am at my wits end, if anyone knows how to fix this please PLEASE let me know.
