Razer Naga Epic Chroma - No longer recognized
Since the latest Windows 10 update my Razer Naga Epic Chroma is no longer recognized by the Razer Synapse software, meaning I can't setup the buttons properly.
Add to that I can't find any drivers available for this mouse, everything redirects back to the Synapse software which refuses to detect the mouse.
I tried installing v3 of the software, which does recognise the mouse, but then tells me it's a legacy device which needs v2 of the software... When I click on that it opens v2, and then asks me to connect a device... :mad_:
The mouse is directly connected via USB to the computer. And is unfortunately out of warranty so it looks like the only method of getting support is this forum.
Any thoughts on how I can get the mouse functionality working again?
