RAZER NAGA EPIC CHROMA Stopped being detected by Synapse 2.0

Hello, Not certain whether it was after a windows update or a Synapse update, my house has been stopped being detected by the software. So far I have tried uninstalling, downloading it from the website, tried the check for updates on the software and cleared all the razer files on my pc and installed again but nothing seem to work. What can I do?

    Hi there! Thanks for sharing this on our Support thread. This is odd. Do you have another Razer devices detected in Razer Synapse 2.0 and 3.0? Does the issue happen while connecting the mouse to a different USB port on your computer? Have you replicated the issue using a different PC?
