razer naga epic chroma wireless turns off when plugged in
My razer mouse works only wireless, but when I plug it in, it just turns off completely until I plug it out.

I can try to check for possible firmware solutions. But I will need the serial number to do that. Do note that there is a good chance that this is a PCB issue, and we may have to look into your RMA options as well.
