Razer Naga Epic not working

Hey there, My Razer Naga Epic has stopped working correctly. After plugging it in it works for 15 seconds or so, then the cursor on screen stops moving. The battery seemed have blown, but even after removing it and keeping the mouse plugged in the issue persists. The mouse itself stays lit up, but the cursor won't move. As far as I could tell, I've updated my drivers as recent as they can be. Does anybody know the cause of this issue? Thanks.
