Razer Naga Epic - Not working with Synapse 2

I have not changed my mouse button config in awhile but when I did today, it no longer loads the new key maps. The buttons are stuck set to Numpad 1 - 9. I've reset my machine, updated synapse and its a no go. I acn still change the LED settings so there is definitely some sort of connectiong ong on but I can't customize the buttons in any way.

    Hi there! Have you tried to reinstall Synapse? If you haven't yet, please do and let me know how it goes.
