Razer NAGA Hex 2 not functioning in BIOS - time to get a new Mouse???

Hi I have a new PC - with an ASUS B550 Mainboard. I am experiencing two problems:
  • The Razer NAGA HEX V2 does not work, or better very rarely works - in the ASUS BIOS (B550 motherboard, current BIOS) - during many BIOS visits for initial setup of my newly purchased system, in maybe 3 out of 30 visits the mouse worked. What could be the problem? Is the Naga Hex hardware possibly not compatible with modern BIOS?
  • After every single reboot, Razer Synapse executes. And every time Windows wants to know if it is okay to make changes to the system (latest Synapse version reinstalled just now with admin priviledges). This is so annoying to me that I am considering to get another mouse. Can anything be done to prevent this? Or is it a Microsoft security related issue (newest MS Security fix is installed)? Or is Synapse 3.0 the problem? Or the Mouse?
My NAGA Hex V2 is in perfect technical condition. Is it time to buy a new mouse because of software policies??? That would be really annoying. Replacing a mouse in perfect technical condiition is surely not what I consider to be environment friendly. Do I need to buy a new Mouse? Would this ease my issues? Any Tipp is greatly appreciated :-)
