Razer Naga Hex V2 freezing indefinitely

Hi. I experienced this exact same issue when I first used the mouse and also around 5 months ago. My Razer Naga Hex V2 mouse cursor froze. Last time I fixed the issue by cleaning the lazer but it isn't working this time. When I unplug it and restart my computer, all things are the same, the mouse is still frozen. I have bought 3 razer products and umm.. well.. ejnirgwhdfwjefiwhjfoqhfnfwh let's just say it's annoying. If anyone can help me that would be wonderful! Thanks. :)

    Hi there, @JackOverwatch! Have you tried connecting the mouse to another computer to isolate the issue? When you plug the mouse to the computer, does it play a sound to indicate that the mouse is plugged in?
