Razer naga hex v2 full of problems after downloading synapse

My razer naga hex v2 worked fine to begin with but after downloading synapse 2 before 3 was available it would always stop tracking every couple of minutes no matter where i used it. Later on I got the synapse 3 software hoping it would fix something. I downloaded synapse 3 on my pc and now every time I pick the mouse up it shoots randomly in another direction i can be looking forward in a game and pick up the mouse slightly and it looks down. YES I have tried recalibrating, changing liftoff distance, plugging in another computer, different usb ports, restarting my pc, reinstalling synapse, resetting the mouse etc etc... It works fine if I log out of synapse but only for a few minutes then it stops tracking randomly for no apparent reason. This is clearly a software issue and it does not motivate me at all to buy other razer products. Really hope that this will be fixed.
